Mullerian Mimicry

This is an example of mullerian mimicry, where two or more harmful species resemble each other's warning signals. Here, the real bee is the third bee. The other three are actually flies! Since a bee is more “dangerous” than flies, the fly “mimics” the bee's warning signals (the way it looks, the stinger). The Heliconius butterflies are other examples since they all resemble each other's wing pattern.
