Angiosperm



Angiosperm is just a fancy name for flowering plants. In the photo above, the angiosperm has an "ovule" where the seeds are (along with stigmas) - the seeds are protected. They are not "naked" like gymnosperms are. The subdivisions of angiosperms are monocots and dicots. This picture is a rose, a dicot.
