Deciduous Leaf

A deciduous leaf is a leaf that falls when it is grown and/or no longer needed. All of the leaves in the fall are deciduous. This picture includes leaves that look like deciduous leaves. The classic Canadian look is what deciduous leaves typically look like. Since this is not fall, this leaf has not fallen yet. It will, though, when fall arrives. Maple and Oak trees have deciduous leaves.
